It is our great pleasure to announce the first Gluten Free line of cookies. Our cookie line is the 1st of many gluten free baked goods to come from Whole Bakers and is offically for sale as of March 1st, 2008.

A list of this line and their associated descriptions can be viewed below.

Ginger Joy - Say good-bye to the snap and enjoy our delicious Ginger cookie, moist, chewy, and bursting with flavor. We use natural flavors of molasses, spices and ginger, which created the traditional taste of what we have known to love.

Rockin Choco Chip - This delicious tasting, traditional, chocolate chip cookie will have you and the kids thrilled. Not only is it gluten free, but the Quinoa flakes flour gives it that added protein that we all need.

Lemon Shortie - Sit back and enjoy our lemon flavored cookie, which has the excellent taste and texture of the traditional shortbread. Drizzled in lemon icing, this is sure to be enjoyed as a favorite for the entire family.

Chewy Choco Bite - Wow, talk about the flavor in this treat! We are proud to share this yummy moist, chewy, chocolaty brownie cookie packed with all natural gluten free ingredients. For an extra special taste, heat the cookie and enjoy that oven fresh goodness melting in your mouth!

SnickerDo - Here it is, the gluten free Cinnamon and Organic sugar cookie that we all waited for. Our SnickerDo is the best! They are sprinkled with the perfect amount of cinnamon and sugar to make every bite just as good as the first.
